To clean the nipple covers:

1. After each use, rinse with warm water and a mild gentle soap

2. Use your fingertips to gently clean the adhesive, avoiding fingernails

3. Rinse with warm water to remove residue.

4. Carefully shake off excess water

5. Air dry in a dust-free area.

6. Once dry, reapply protective films to prevent dust and lint.

BARE’s innovative inserts in a variety of styles features a unique double-sided adhesive, ensuring they securely attach to both your clothing and skin. This design prevents nipple slips and keeps the inserts discreetly hidden under your clothes. The double-sided adhesive eliminates the need for sewing, allowing you to easily stick the inserts onto any garment.

Because no sewing is required, a single pair of BARE inserts can be used interchangeably between different tops and dresses. Unlike traditional cotton inserts that absorb too much water and shift if not sewn in, or silicone inserts that are heavy and slip when wet, BARE’s inserts are lightweight and stay in place, even during activities like swimming, running, and dancing.

Traditional inserts are removable padding placed inside bra cups to enhance volume and cleavage. BARE has taken this concept further by creating the most padded inserts available, delivering a double push-up effect. Additionally, BARE inserts feature adhesive on both sides, ensuring a secure grip on clothing and allowing users to position their breasts for optimal push-up results.

Before using BARE inserts, make sure your breasts are clean and dry. Avoid makeup, oil, lotion, or other body products, as these can affect the adhesive's effectiveness. First, put on your clothing, then place the inserts onto the garment. Finally, scoop your breasts and stick them onto the inserts to secure them in place.

BARE inserts can be reused up to 40 times! To extend their lifespan, clean them and reapply the protective films immediately after each use to prevent dust and lint from adhering to the adhesive.

Carefully peel off the insert, starting from the top edge, and slowly remove it from your breast. Repeat this process for the other side. For optimal preservation, store BARE inserts in their protective films immediately after use.

BARE products are not recommended for individuals with sensitive skin, thin skin or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Additionally, BARE inserts may not be suitable for individuals with augmented breasts.

Our inserts are latex free! 

We normally don’t recommend BARE Bust Enhancer inserts for augmented breasts because some implants can be quite hard and not malleable. Our inserts are soft, so instead of pushing the breasts towards the center, they may push back against the inserts, which can create an odd appearance.

While some augmented breasts are soft and malleable and might work well with our inserts, not every customer checks with us before ordering. To avoid dissatisfaction, we advise that our inserts are generally not suitable for augmented breasts. However, some users have reported that DEMI BOOSTS work well with augmented breasts!

To clean the inserts:

1. **Hand wash only**; do not machine wash or dry.

2. Use your fingertips to gently clean the adhesive, avoiding fingernails.

3. Rinse with warm water to remove residue.

4. Carefully shake off excess water and lightly press to squeeze out remaining water.

5. Air dry in a dust-free area.

6. Once dry, reapply protective films to prevent dust and lint.

After cleaning and the inserts are dry, reapply the protective film to the inserts and store them in their original packaging (satin sachet). Keep them in a cool, dark place away from dust and debris.
