How to Apply — BARE Lift & Shape Boob Tape
Step 1
Prep Skin
Cleanse skin and make sure it's completely dry — no lotion, oil, or moisturizer, as these will affect adhesion.
Step 2
Peel & Position
Peel back a small section of the backing, lift into your desired shape, and press the strip into place as you continue removing the backing.
Step 3
Press & Secure
Hold each strip firmly for 5–10 seconds to activate the silicone grip for lasting hold.
Step 4
Reuse & Store
Gently peel off after wear, place back on the protective film, and store in the tube — ready for up to 5 more wears.
